まず、外国人登録と国民封建を

         When you come to japan, you must first join the Alien registration and Japan Health Insurance.

外出には外国人登録証明証を忘れずに

         Please do not forget to take ID with you.

健康保険証がないと一週間入院いったら￥９００，０００かかてしまう可能性があります。

         If you do not have any medical insurance, a week of hospital stay could cost you ￥900,000.

軽い気持ちが

         You may think it is not a big deal.

万引きは泥棒です。

        Shoplifting is a thief.

重大な結果に

       But, if you shoplift or did petty theft, they are all considered larceny and is a serious crime.

刑務所や退去強制（国外退去）へ
       You will be sent to a jail or you will be deported.

      

店員を殴ったりしたら。。。強盗罪

        If you punch a store clerk, you will be convicted or burglary.

自転車を買ったら必ず防犯登録を

        When  you bought a bicycle, please register for crime prevention.

　　　

友達にもらった時も防犯登録

       Even if you are given a bicycle, please re-register under your name.

窃盗罪　占有離脱物横領

      If you see a bicycle that seems to be abandoned, and broke the key to the bycycle, you will be charge   burglary Embezzlement of lost Property.

他人の自転車を使うのは犯罪です。

      It is considered crime to use other people's bicycle.

交通ルールを守ろう

　　無灯火・二人乗りは道路交通法違反

     Please follow traffic rules and manners.

     You are required to turn on head light in the evening.

     You cannot ride with another person even it is a tandem bike. (especially in tokyo)

     In both cases, you will be sited for traffic violation.

他人にけがをさせても、自分が、けがしても、・・・

　　Please always follow the traffic rules, you do not want to harm other nor yourself.

アルバイトをする時は、必ず資格外活動許可証を

   　 If you would like to work part-time, you must receive the work permit.

不携帯・期限切れも違法です。

　　If you did not carry the certificate of work permit or if it is expired, you are sited for violation.

絶対にしてはいけないアルバイト

     These are part-time jobs that you should never apply.

風俗営業の店では掃除もだめ

     You are not even allowed to be a janitor at sexual explicit pubs, bars or any related businesses.

許可された時間を超過しないこと

     You should never work over time.　

ティッシュやチラシ配りは危険がいっぱい

     Some student are offered a job to distribute  fliers or tissues.

○資格外活動　（内容）　○著作権法違反　（内容）　○住居浸入罪　○道路交通法違反

  The job may sound easy but it has many dangerous sides. Copyright violation, Traffic violation, Unlawful entry, Ungualified activity.

個人でアルバイト紹介料を取るのは違法です

     No individual should change any fee for introducing any jobs to you. It is a violation of law.

悪質なアルバイト紹介者に注意

    Please be carefull of illegal head hunters and malicious mediators.

絶対に貸してはいけません

    Never lend

お金・外国人登録証明・健康保険証・学生証・携帯電話・銀行口座など

    Money, Alian Registration ID, Health insurance card, Student ID, Cellular Phone, Bank Account.

悪い場所には行かない

    Stay away from the bad places.

知らないうちに犯罪者

    You could become an accomplice without knowing.

他人の荷物の受取人にならない

    Never become a recipient of any luggage or mail for someone else.

麻薬や偽造カードが入ってることも

   The package could contain illegal drugs, forged credit card or cash cards.

刃が６ｃｍ以上のナイフを理由なく持ち歩いているだけ銃刀法違反

   If you are cought carrying a knife with over 6cm blade, you will be charged the low controlling possession etc. of fire-arms and swords.

生活ルールを守りましょう

   Please follow everyday rules and manners.

ゴミは分別して決められた日に

   Please throw garbage on a given day and make sure you follow therecycling rules of your residential town.

ご近所の方に挨拶を

   Please be courteous and great your neighbors.

夜の大声・騒音は近所迷惑

   Please do not talk loud at night or make noise. Do not be a nuisance.
